At Azima, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. We hope you love your Azima; however, should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return experience.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact our Returns team at returns@azimaworld.com
Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
- Return requested within 14 calendar days of delivery
- In their original, unused condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact
Items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for refund or exchange subject to our standard refund and exchange conditions.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Azima reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges, subject to availability. Once your request is approved, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative piece. All exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A shipping fee of AED 95 applies to all returns. Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for processing after receipt
- Additional time for your payment provider to complete the transaction
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@azimaworld.com
Kindly include photos of the item and packaging so we may resolve the matter promptly.
